1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, or unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed. You will be notified of any significant delays and updates as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
- (May not be available) Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Adnira is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Adnira is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
